MEETING SCHEDULE
8:30 a.m. Set up for those showing wares in the Mart only. Please follow the directions of
parking attendants so that vehicles can be placed efficiently around the lot.
9:00 a.m. Begin entry for those not displaying in the Mart. Registration desk under the
Pavilion. Nametags are available for pre-registered members and guests.
11:00 a.m. Show and Tell. Let us know if you have something by indicating on the
Registration Form.
12:00 p.m. Cookout lunch under the Pavilion
2:00 p.m. Exit the property
Coffee and Danish will be available throughout the morning in the Pavilion which will also be used for lunch, and in the event of inclement weather, the Mart and Show and Tell. For those wanting veggie burgers, please note on the online registration (preferred) or the paper registration below.
If you are selling at your car, it is suggested that you bring a plastic tarp, blanket, or table to display your items. A folding chair and canopy may also be helpful.
NOTE: THE CUTOFF DATE so we can order food is Wednesday, August 10th.
