MEETING SCHEDULE
9:00 AM Set up for those showing wares in the Mart only. Please follow the directions of parking attendants so that vehicles can be placed efficiently around the lot. Nametags are available for pre-registered members and guests.
9:30 AM Mart Opens. Those not displaying in the Mart should park on the left shoulder of the entrance to the main parking lot.
11:00 AM Show and Tell. Please bring an item for How and Tell. Many members have discovered interesting horological items over the years. Let's share these stories.
12:00 PM Cookout lunch under the Pavilion
2:00 PM Exit the property
Coffee and Danish will be available throughout the morning in the Pavilion which will also be used for lunch, and in the event of inclement weather, the Mart and Show and Tell. For those wanting veggie burgers, please note on the online registration (preferred) or the paper registration below.
The Mart is from your tailgate. It is suggested that you bring a plastic tarp, blanket, or table to display your items. A folding chair and canopy may also be helpful.
